Bigpond Email Setup using IMAP, POP, or SMTP

IMAP Settings

·       The server name should be mail.bigpond.com

·       The port for the server should be 993.

·       Set the SSL to Yes

·       Enter your username with your full email address.

·       Then enter your password.

POP Settings

·       The server address is mail.bigpond.com

·       The port for POP is 995.

·       Set the SSL to Yes.

·       Provide your username, and also add in email address.

·       Provide with user password.

SMTP Settings

·       Enter mail.bigpond.com in the server address box.

·       The port number should be 587 for SMTP.

·       Here the SSL should be set to No.

·       Then enter your email address in the User name section.

·       Users will have to enter their Bigpond email password.
